Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 20 days from the date of receiving your purchase under the following guidleines:
~The product must be in unused/perfect condition and in all original packaging. (We are unable to accept returns for electronics/CDs/DVDs unless your item is defective. We will replace defective items or, if you prefer, refund your purchase amount. Defective items must be returned. We will provide a postage-paid return shipping label for your convenience.
~Customized products and Print Work are not returnable, unless defective by our mistake.
~Due to health and safety reasons, lotions, oils, and other perishables are non-returnable.
