The Reverend Ronnie Hobgood Retires

The Rev. Ronnie Vann Hobgood retired on June 1, 2025 after 48 years of pastoral ministry.  He pastored four churches during this time: Indian Springs, Rose of Sharon, La Grange First (twice), and First FWB, Greenville. La Grange First FWB honored him with the title, Pastor Emeritus, for his combined 24 years of ministry and also placed both his name and his wife’s name on the Wall of Honor at the OFWB Convention Services Office. The worship service on June 1st was followed by a luncheon and program in the Fellowship Hall.
