OFWBI partners with Where Love Abounds for Short Term Mission Opportunities

In 2023, the Board of Foreign Missions met with leadership from Stoney Creek OFWBC and Where Love Abounds, Inc. In that fact-finding discussion, there was an interest in creating a partnership between organizations to expand the reach and opportunities for OFWB for missions.

Where Love Abounds is rooted in the Stoney Creek Church and offers a host of mission opportunities beyond what can be offered on our OFWB Mission fields. Many of our fields are not conducive or safe for short-term mission teams. Some would require considerable travel expenses and hardship on the host country.

OFWBI will continue to investigate Short-Term mission opportunities in our sponsored fields. Currently, OFWBI is planning a short-term back to Mexico if the travel conditions and safety concerns are favorable.
